Geno has the sweetest throwing motion I have ever seen... looking forward to greater recognition of his talent and winning game style.

Geno is unquestionably top 10 right now, arguably top 5 and potentially a top 3 qb in time. He is HIM and if you don’t believe it, you don’t know football. Simple.

Honestly if he keeps playing like he’s playing they just need to give him 2.5 seconds as his average release time is 2.4. Which is the third fastest average release time in the nfl right now.

People have to understand that other teams in the NFL are struggling right now especially teams in the NFC. Mike knows that btw , Right as of now we are in control of our division. Geno Smith is already showing you he is the truth (the dude damn near threw for almost 300+ passing yards on the road. And road games are more tougher , road games matter). And MacDonalds defense is playing wayy better than Pete's. Way better. Some could argue that we still have killers who didn't get their chance yet. One of those killers is Michael barrett. Our defense kept us in the game against Denver. Our defense will stay consistent and get better , Not just better but more discipline. And our offense will probably be more poised against Miami , I'm not too much worried there cause we have some heavy artillery and it's gonna be up to Geno to decide whether he's a football player or a fighter. And I think Geno will show everyone who he is. He's already painting pictures for people (he also played like a baller against Denver after the adjustments kicked in). And this isn't even his best football. And I wanna mention Laviska Shenault we have to start him over JSN. Don't hate me for saying that but he is the blueprint , He runs hard like Dk , Not as fast but he'll fight for those extra yards , And he's a player on his feet. We have too much firepower on both sides of the ball and other teams are struggling like crazy (ravens losing already , 9ers got absolutely humiliated and I just heard that debo Samuel was injured or something happened to him not sure , and LA rams looking bad right now , Eagles desperately trying to find themselves). Man I just hope other people understand where I'm coming from , Like you don't have to agree with me but yo this is legit. #12ALLTHEWAY

@Praying_Mantis3 that even proves my statement even more cause the odds were indeed against him. No one thought we'd be 2-0. But we are and no recognition? I'm gonna see what these comments look like after Sunday lol.

@joshrendon5603 yeah see I knew it. Have you even watched the Jaguars last year with Laviska? To make this easier, did you watch his highlights? That man will get touchdowns for us. JSN is good. Don't get me wrong, but let's be serious here, lol.

Geno is what i thought he was when Russ was f****ing up the team and Geno should have been given the job at least a year and a half before it happened.

@61Wolves yo I'm a seahawk, but don't blame russ. That's my favorite quarterback, and he wasn't the problem. Our offensive line was the majority of the problem, and you have to understand that last year, russ was running for his life damn near every play. If we had good pass protection and better play calling that season looks different. Russ gave us everything, but pete ignored those signs. Respect to Russell Wilson.

@@jedi_gaming7656 I've been a Seahawks fan as long as you've been alive boy .... I bet you didn't blame Russ same offensive line when he won a few years in Seattle when he was always running around not giving his offensive line a chance to be one but when his scrambling abilities started to fade we truly seen what he was ... garbage 🗑️ . Geno can stand in the pocket with no offensive line and still deliver..you see where your QB Russ is now don't you ., he's catching splinters on the sidelines which is where he belonged well before the 2020 season...f yo QB he wasn't trying to win after 2016 ..he got his money and he really wanted to be in NY away from you non football knowledgeable clowns .

Top 5? Not yet. Statistically, 7th or 8th. It's only been two games. Hope he can stay steady through the season because he would be Top 5.

Geno’s luck went bad because of a trash article written when was coming out in the draft that was ridiculous and over-critical. Had he been drafted by anyone but the Jets and there been a couple of the “usual” looking QB’s for the media to overrate, he would have been a starter for the most of his career. That stigma got him passed over everywhere he went. When he finally had a coach who believed in him, he’s been a good QB ever since. Did he have to grow, sure, BUT DONT ALL ROOKIES!!!?

Geno is not a top 5 QB… he’s not because he’s not a dual threat QB… once he starts using his legs more and getting outside the pocket… he might develop into a top 10, but he’s not there. Top 15, sure, but definitely not breaking the top 10.

Tom Brady wasn't even a good duel threat QB, he stayed in his pocket as long as possible, moved around to avoid sack and ran when he absolutely had to. Which is exactly how you can describe Geno Smith.

I can’t believe you just compared Geno to Brady… that’s like comparing go-cart with an Indy nascar… entirely different leagues. Here’s the breakdown for 2024 NFL standards on QB. 1) Pocket Passer QBs need to have an outstanding Oline and an IQ well above normal to read every situation on the field. Ex: Brady 2) Mobile QBs need to be extremely flexible and built to take a hit, for obvious reasons. Ex: Vick 3) Dual Threat QBs are the standard, every QB option needs to be able to throw and run. They need to be aware of the blitz so they can quickly throw or run for some kind of yardage. Ex: Mahomes, Murray, Allen Currently Geno doesn’t fit in any of those categories. He doesn’t have an Oline, and if he did, I’m not 100% sure that’d put him in top 10. I will give him credit… I have seen him actually get out and run this season which to me is showing promise, but he needs to start becoming more of the dual threat to progress into the top 10.
