Such men are loathsome idiots and the greatest contributor to male anxiety because I have a lot of experience with men saying such things, but little with women actually doing even half the things men claim they do. Just dehumanization that has led to nothing good, no matter how much guys tell each other to focus because the only thing they seem to focus on is their scapegoats and driving each other into a circlejerking echo chamber of hatred. Changing a tire is literally just common sense. So easy to figure out without being taught. You can literally just observe it and figure out what you need and what you need to do

You might be the ONLY person on here with any sense at all. It's literally just lifting the car up, removing the bolts, put on the new tire, and re tighten the bolts. Somehow this get all the girls swooning?

My girlfriend lives with her brothers and one doesn't really like people coming over, he hasn't made any attempt in the close to 2 year relationship to say a single word to me and has complain to her about me coming over so much but when she told me that she said he needs to get over it because i do things around her house that no one else can/attempt it really made me feel "useful" and appreciated. Things as removing carpet and installing vinyl flooring, building shelves or stands, fixing her bathrooms water pipes and other simple household tasks. To me these are things that are simple/easy and only takes an hour or 2 at most but i didn't think the things I learned from my grandfather and father would be so vital to my relationship, they're just normal "come home and get things done around the house" task i know they taught me them for myself but none the less they still benefit my relationship.
