The deadlift was non existent and most of his lifts were like very tiny range of motion. So I'm not sure if this is a joke or serious. I think he is pretty strong for his size and build however. Look at all those plates on the squat. Even if he just unracking it and holding it and reracking it, its impressive. Most people could even move that much weight off the rack.

Okay little kids lifitng weights is not always about getting huge or strong or even to be fit. Some people like myself have been lifting for 40 years and that's just to remain calm. When I first started I wanted to get muscles. After that it was all about something to keep my busy brain occupied and I would train three times a day up until I got into my 40s and then it's slowed down to once a day. Now that I'm in my '50s, I don't even enjoy it that much anymore because I'm definitely not making gains anymore but it's a mental thing. It really keeps my mind at peace. So if lifting like a crazy Maniac makes this guy happy. Let him do it. I've seen people get injured lifting with proper form with a lot less weight.

He may want to consider switching to Metroflex gym. He should give the atlas stones a try. It is a barebones hardcore gym with no air conditioning. Ronnie Coleman trained there.

Training that way is not going to give you the best gains. I guarantee if he lowered the weight so he could have an actual form doing it without swinging his entire body to get the weights up, he would purely be double the size if he's been doing this for years like someone else said.
