@@yogijaya2897I’d suggest getting them into cooking/ meal prepping like my best friend did with me. It made me go from ordering out/ making simple unhealthy meals to making elaborate dishes I see on TikTok and old cookbooks. I’m down a lot of weight(fat) and I still get to enjoy eating food!

Used to work at Dutch bros, and I can tell you people are paying the $10 to get both their drink, and social interaction, we are friendly to anyone who comes and will make conversation with them. Young people frequently seeing each other usually leads to that kinda stuff. Sure, you’re not going to have AS genuine of a conversation with every person, but you’re just always friendly, the same as it should be at every job if you ask me, instead of everyone moping around because “they don’t get paid enough to care” or whatever, smiling and being friendly opens doors for you, idc where you work.

I live walking distance from a dutch bros, like < 1 mile, and i make a point to keep it to once a week. Their mediums are a venti and their larges is a trenta in Starbucks terms, for cold drinks. You can get a cold brew with nonfat milk and sugar free syrup or a Freeze which is essentially a chocolate milkshake blended with 2 espresso shots. A large can be like 950 cals and 90 grams of sugar.

hey Caleb just so you know most dieticians don't really use the term "food addiction" since there's not much basis for categorizing it like other substance abuse issues (even though that seems counter intuitive!). Binge eating and obesity are complex issues that usually have more than one cause. My heart goes out to this gentleman struggling with this ♥️ In my personal experience compulsive eating slows down when the root cause of that coping mechanism is addressed ( via therapy or other means).
