I never commented but I wanted to say thank you. I ran your program without deviating for 8 months in 2021, surpassed my initial goal of 315. Went from a sloppy max of 215 to 335 paused. Bodyweight unintentionally went from 178 to 206 by eating whatever I wanted in that time frame but the one thing I thought was interesting was how in sync you feel with your body during bench pressing once you start benching 3x a week. Highly recommend the routine to everyone if you’re looking to increase your bench press in a short duration.

@@cryptosir2025 Because people don't care at all what others lift, why should they. He is strong in the bench yeah, but he looks like a toothpick. It is the only reason it is impressive really. I am 225 lbs at 6'0 and reps 315 for 6 on the incline bench, I don't do flat at all, because I lift for mass. Flat and decline won't build a solid full chest. You will lack upper chest. Flat bench is better for triceps with closer grip, than it is for chest growth.

315 to 330 for 5 in a couple weeks is a huge jump already... I suspect your max has already gone up if you test it without doing a 5-rep max effort like that. The fact you did 370 that easily after 330 for 5 says a lot too about your true max.
