I have to laugh out loud at a self-described "latino" stating "white privilege" because every job I've tried to get for the last three (here in Florida) years has required that I be bilingual English/Spanish!

Right! And most of them actually specify NATIVE Spanish speakers! So even though I'm White, took it upon myself to learn Spanish from my next-door neighbor at age 14, bought books and language learning software with my own allowance money, majored in Latin American Language & Culture in college, spent thousands to study abroad in Ecuador for 3 months, I'm STILL ineligible for most bilingual job positions.

They also take pride in their race and families. They aren’t afraid of uniting to help each other. They respect laws, encourage education, work ethics, and don’t whine or make excuses.

I’m over 80% Irish, look how we were treated. Even posted signs no Irish need apply. I have a good job that I worked hard to get including having to wait 5 years to apply because I got a dui at 21, been working for the state as a correctional officer for over 8 years now. I have a lot of coworkers that have come from Nigeria and work and have made lives! They came across an ocean to pursue and better their lives and their families
