Wow I also had it put on my heart in 2017 and started wearing head coverings in 2019. I however have fallen away because the world makes me feel weird while wearing it. But I guess as Christians we are supposed to stand apart and be an example of Christ and is word. Thank you so much for refreshing me on this passage!!

I’m not sure what you’re asking. I do not wear a hijab if that’s what you mean. What I am wearing in the video is an example of one of my coverings. 🙂

@bakerhillfarm I guess that is just what first popped into my head when you were explaining head coverings. I've always wondered about those verses in the Bible. You have explained it well. Thank you.

Not anywhere in the 4 gospels does Jesus ever mention needing to cover your head. I am truly trying to understand this, but it seems like Jesus tells his followerers that it's what is inside your heart that matters to God, not your outwardly appearance. Jesus wiped away all of those things when he died on the cross for us, we are to believe in him and spread the good news.

She explained that it's not a salvific issue. There are other things that Jesus did not specifically address, but we know are wrong from reading other parts of scripture.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God,it says. He uses people in His kingdom work as well. Best wishes!
