I’ve now totally cut out soda, processed meats, I’m still working on chips ‘cause they’re my favorite but I’m a work in progress 💪

Me too! If I buy chips they have to be cooked in olive oil, avo oil, or coconut oil. Stay away from chips cooked in seed oils. The trader Joe's potato chips cooked in olive oil are very tasty.

This is absolutely the truth, I am in the process of feeding my orderly Mother all the foods that he mentioned and it's working!! Finally she is feeling better that her primary doctor is amazed and has taken away one of her high blood pressure medication. From taking 29 medications to 10 medications to now 8 medications. IT'S WORKING 💪

This happened to me my diet consisted off only junk food I was eating fast food nearly every day, eating chocolate after chocolate soda after soda I was never eating healthy and eventually this caused massive problems with my body and my face. My stomach and face was always bloated my skin looked really dull and unhealthy it caused really bad dark circles under my eyes and then I started suffering with inflammation and chronic sinusitis. Around the beginning of June however I have completely changed my diet I'm now eating vegetables nearly every night and instead of all the chocolates I was consuming I have replaced them with healthy fruits like berries. I'm currently 3 to 4 weeks in on my new diet and I've already seen positive results within my body and I have no plans on stopping. I now realise that I was destroying and killing my own body so I'm here writing this for awareness. To anyone who reads this please don't fall down the same path that I did you will only come to regret it in the long run and believe me I know that feeling. So please everybody stay healthy Thanks for listening and god bless you all 🙏❤️

Wow, Proud of you. I'm in my mid 40s and have never had a home cooked meal. Dead serious. I eat Fast Food everyday. Ever since I was kid. I can go days with just eating chocolate. Have a Sinus issues constantly ... Thank you for sharing.

I eat a flexible vegetaranian way of eating, lots of water, kale, collards, brussel sprouts, broccoli, carrots, basked sweet potatoes in the skin, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, fresh fruits and vegetables , wild caught salmon and lean chicken breast and turkey, sardines, little tuna, especially blueberries and pineapples, red peppers and onions, etc...NO, deli meat, red meat or pork, breakfast meats, sodas, fast and processed foods, fruit juices or sugary drinks and foods, NO...white bread, pasta, rice, etc...no coffee but green tea with honey occasional!...I Do NOT drink, smoke, or do drugs......I do moderate exercise and light weights, squats, walking 7 days a week, etc...I also live a downsized, debt free, healthy, spirtual life...WHICH gives me peace, better sleep, and way LESS stress!...in addition to PRAYER, meditation, reading the scriptures daily!!

Yes my whole body im told every organ I have is full of inflammation, all my numbers. I started a few years ago with Hoshimots hypothyroidism, but now my kidneys, Liver, gut, and esophagus. That is why I love all your short videos, about pressure points and your a wealth of knowledge for me to help as I work with my all natural foods and fermented foods . I WENT through MAJOR trauma 4 in a row. All of the sudden I was bed ridden (3 mo), with SO much intestinal pain it was unbearable. GREAT testimony there. Dr, said average human can only handle 1-2 at any one time otherwise you may end up 6ft under. 😢😮. ** All of the sudden inflammation set in (out of no where). So I thought, apparently this was the end result of the effects. The inflammation was CRAZY. THANK God things started to change as I changed diet, fasting and exercise helped a lot. Sometimes, was still dealing w/ some digestive issues. Then this doc mentioned SAUERKRAUT- OMGOSH, was the cherry on top. PRAISE GOD I heard you say that. ❤🙏😁👍 ** does anyone know WHY or how this helps? I know its probiotic, but I tried other kinds and none worked, ONLY Sauerkraut...🤔

In addition to Sauerkraut, Kefir is also providing necessary intestinal bacteria. It doesn't only help with intestinal issues but also with depression. During COVID, when it was no longer available at our grocery store, I bought kefir grains on Amazon and made it myself with whole milk. Since it goes through a fermentation process, it can also be enjoyed by people who are lactose intolerant. It's not cheap, but you only need 8 oz/ day. You will find it next to yogurt in the grocery store. Not all stores carry it.

This is the problem! I can afford about $100/month on food for me and my daughter. Therefore, we eat a lot of rice and beans, eggs, and whatever else I can find that’s cheap at the time. I’m always in pain and so tired but I can’t afford a bunch of vegetables and unprocessed meats.

Listen to his advice before you end up with autoimmune disorder’s or diseases because once you get those it’s so much harder to get your body back to homeostasis & the longer you have them; the harder it is to beat them!!! If you’re not allergic…gargle with original Listerine (yellow) twice a day. My friends family tested positive twice and the only one who didn’t get it was her teenager that gargled daily. True story!

Beloved Dr. Mandell, thank you, once again, for your excellent advice on anti-inflammatory solutions. When I started getting rheumatoid arthritis swelling in my fingers on both hands, I started drinking copious amounts of ginger, turmeric and ground black pepper tea and (thank You, Beloved LORD Jesus) the swelling diminished and then completely disappeared. Recently, my ankles and feet started to swell . . .. Well, I still use my turmeric and ground black pepper, but, I went further than that and eliminated all harmful foods you’ve mentioned and my digestion has improved, along with the swelling of my ankles and feet. God Bless you, Beloved Dr. Mandell. You have been a true Blessing to this 75 year old woman! 🕊🙏❤️😘

Honest question 🙋🏽♀️: If you fry lean white meats, particularly- chicken strictly in Extra Virgin Olive Oil .. is that okay? I’ve been doing that lately & haven’t had reflux after eating it as opposed to Fried Chicken places like Popeyes etccc

Been extremely tired and it seems like I’m fighting a cold or something and then I heard this and the majority of all of the bad foods and drinks. I’ve been consuming for the last week or so.
