1. Moving with the Muenster cast
• After an injury observation is the first step
• Let your system calm down. Consider what you can and can’t do.
• Protecting and avoiding pain causes tension
• Unconscious holding positions - left and right
• Frequently release your shoulders your elbows and let your arm hang.
• Using your non-dominant hand.. How much effort do you really need.
• Slowing down and being patient.
• Where to release in typical positions.
• Reconstruct your body image for your arm.
