Fruit or Fruit juice, they both have Fructose, and it will definitely spike your blood sugar levels. So eat a Savoury breakfast having low carb, adequate protein, adequate fats, vegetables/salads/legumes.

No fruit othee than banana are cheaper and seasonal both these days. Apple 200/-kg n guava 100/-.on contradiction banana can not be daily breakfast for weight loss. So fruits are seasonal, may be... But not budget friendly.

For People, who want to have a healthy body, all through their life, follow the Steps 1,2,3 given below. (Pls.always consult your Doctor, if you have any medical conditions or before Implementing any drastic lifestyle modifications in your life) 1. A low Carbs ( eg. Vegetables, legumes/lentils/Sweet Potatoes...), Adequate Protein (eg. Paneer, Tofu, Cheese, Greek yogurt, Milk, eggs, chicken, meat, fish, Chia seeds....), Adequate Fats ( Coconut Oil, Mustard Oil, ghee, Olive oil, Butter, Cheese, Walnut, Avocado, Almonds, Peanuts...) With NO Sugar/Starch Diet is probably the Ideal Weight loss technique for the young as well as the Old. (Note: All food should be strictly taken within a Eating Window of 8 hrs. For eg. 10am - 6pm OR 11am - 7pm. But, You could drink water or black tea/coffee without sugar) 2. 45:48 रणवीर सिंह का नाम सुनते ही वीडियो को stop कर दिया.. ये किसका नाम लिया जो औरतों के कपडे पहनता है और हरकते छिछोरेवाली करता है.. अच्छा हुआ मैडम ने वीडियो के शुरवात मे रणवीर सिंह का नाम नही लिया वरना पूरी वीडियोmiss हो जाती.. 45:48 के बाद मैडम ने क्या कहा होगा पता नही और पता करना भी नही चाहते क्युकी रणवीर सिंह का नाम सुनते ही mood ख़राब हो गया..

@@raveenainsan2187 मै रोज 8 /10 चलता हू और 2 वक्त मे खाना खाता हू सुबह 10 / रात को 8.30 हे फिक्स टाईम है .बाकी वक्त मे कुच्छभी नही खाता हू. चाय नही पिता नही रोज सुबह गुड हेल का पत्ता का गरम पाणी मे उबालकर पिता हू .कुच्छभी खाने का नाही .
