Forgot to mention another thing I’m doing to prepare for pregnancy is that I am also prioritizing HIIT exercises (during my follicular and ovulatory phase of my cycle only) so focus on heart health and getting through bursts of pain to build endurance for labor 😅 I know I didn’t get to a lot of other questions so please feel free to comment them down below and I can answer them or do a part 2 if you found this video helpful 🫶🏼

Your videos always make my day, Kyla! Just keep doing what you doing girl! I keep telling myself not to work out my glutes too much but I can't help it 😭 I think it's because I used to be flat as a pancake so I'm too conscious when it comes to them. But I make it a point to keep other parts of my body going 😅
