👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Good job. Bro, Iam on my own journey started @250 Iam at 238 my goal is possibly 200. I only weigh my self on sundays mornings this has been good for me. I generally eat what I want. I skip breakfast and eat around noon or 2 pm, then dinner. Absolutely no seconds that’s my rule 😂 and Skipping breakfast was just an easy way to cut down calories. Also been using fiber with meals like Metamucil. Last little while I don’t think I mixed it with enough water, now Iam hurting and haven’t pooped in like 3 days. 😢 Going to be bad weigh in tomorrow 🤷🏽♂️.
