Used 2 cups of oats, hemp protien, 2 teaspoons of peanut butter, 2 teaspoons of honey, 2 teaspoons of coconut oil, one or two tablespoons of desicated coconut, and one tablespoon of cocoa powder. Finally one cup of mixed nuts/fruit mixed with almond milk, but prefer vanilla flavoured rice milk.

Great vid, but you actually just ruined it by puting the wet mixture in the microwave. The microwave actually produces very low counts of radio active waves. Although they're extremely minute but if you use it constantly, it will get you sick over time. We've gotten rid of our microwave, i recommend putting the wet mixture in a double boiler and letting it heat up and melt the chocolate over a low heat rather than the radio waves.
@nancyrodriguez5150
10 жыл бұрын
this is just one of the many sites i've read this information on. the idea that microwaves only use radio wave, to me seem like a bunch of hog wash....www.theauthoritysite.com/microwave-food-nightmare-scientists-worldwide-prove-deadly-effects-of-microwave-ovens/
@CrackSmonka
10 жыл бұрын
Nancy Rodriguez Microwaves don't use radio waves, but microwaves (that's where the name comes from). Microwaves stand in a different lenght of the electromagnetic spectrum. If you doesn't even understand the very basic principle of a system, please don't try to contaminate others with your ignorance.
@nancyrodriguez5150
10 жыл бұрын
ignorance, hardly........if you want to get technical.........microwaves uses electromagnic radiation to heat up the water molecules in the food, which is why it heats the food evenly, yet it brings me back to the fact that the energy bar was in fact ruined, by very small amounts of radiation.......if you use the microwave enough, with all of those instant meals, as well as using it to heat up left overs, it will reconsititute the food with those electromagnic molecules, which is not what we're supposed to ingest.....we have not had a microwave in over a year, and my family doesn't suffer from headaches, body aches.....we're going from dependent consumers to self-sustainable living.......so i've done some of my research, instead of calling me ignorant why not ask me why I have such an opinion? If you're going to educate then do it at a mature level and not at an ignorant level by making assumptions
@CrackSmonka
10 жыл бұрын
Ok, at least you know now that radiowaves are not microwaves, even when they are both waves. Food does actually change in microwave, but it also changes when you cook it with fire or in the oven. The only difference is the speed it heats. But no "electromagnic molecules" are attached in any way to your food when you cook in a microwave. There are no molecules of any kind heating up your food, it's just waves. Like cell phone waves, radio waves or visible light. And they are not ionizing, meaning that they can't break molecules in any way. They just make water molecules to vibrate and this is why food gets hot. Food doesn't change AT ALL inside a microwave, not more than it would if you cooked it in a pan or an oven. If you truly want to be that kind of nature-hippie-wannabe, stop using your computer now, because Wifi waves (and cellphones, and TV, and so on) operate in the same wave lenght than microwaves. You are surrounded by those waves.
@nancyrodriguez5150
10 жыл бұрын
Diente de Pollo Or does it? I know all electronics have radio waves.......That's still up for debate, even the FDA recognizes that electronics in the home emit radiation, very small amounts yes, but they are still there........Even an electric oven emits radiation......there's no way around it, unless if you turn back the hands of time and go back to wood burning stoves, candles and talking to each other face to face like we all used to........but again there's a lot of debate, and too many of us are to ignorant to the consequences that we have created......not a wannabe, it's actuality.......

Actually, eating organic isn't that expensive. If you average up someone eating mcdonalds 7 days a week 3 times a day the costs go higher than 140 a week.....I pay less to feed 2 people organic foods for the week. So your statement is not based on any research at all and seems to primarily be based on "hear-say". Also, I live in Florida where everything is pretty expensive in comparison and I work as a waiter....so my income is not the best.

Stefan Koole "natural" peanut butter would be fine too. Just ground up peanuts with nothing added. I don't imagine the organic oatmeal would cost a lot and should last awhile. You can omit the almonds to save money. The honey should last awhile. You can use water instead of milk.

Craig Little Then you must come from a place that is even more expensive. Places I've been to (ohio, colorado, pretty much every state from here to the north excluding new york and all the "big" states. The only places I've been to that seems more expensive is Texas really.) I have yet to go to Cali, but I've seen the prices on some things and they are a bit out of my budget. Where are you from if you've been to florida and see that it's "dirt cheap?" Because for the workers here (excluding those of higher positions) it isn't that cheap for good foods and products considering the only export we really have is oranges....
