1) Whole grain oats (feel free to use any type of your choice or what is
available in your local store or market) - 2cups
2) Fresh apples - 2 grapes
3) Grapes - 500g (or as you want)
4) Cinnamon powder or ground cinnamon - 1tsp per plate
5) Strawberry jam or Honey or maple syrup (optional) - 1tbl sp
6) Salt - a pinch of salt to taste
7) Water - 500ml
Drinks:
1) Black tea - 1bag
2) Honey or sugar - 1tbl sp
3) Oat milk or milk of your choice - as you want
3) Water - a glass of water
