Amazing tips. I'm trying to substitute more coconut milk instead of cow's milk as I know my body prefers it... but cheese is my achilles heel.

This video is an eye opener Tanya. I recently came to know that fermented millet porridge can also be a good substitute for yoghurt. The taste may not be different but good effect on gut health is the same!!

Great information, Tanya! I, also, am not a fan of "fat free" foods. The fat soluble vitamins are so important to our overall health, especially our immune system, and the low fat diets can lead to deficiencies of Vitamin A, D, E, and K. Fat is not the enemy, processed foods are. Eat whole foods.

Technically all dairy is excluded from paleo but, personally if I still felt good with lactose free milk and enjoyed it I would still consume it.

I never liked low-fat yogurt for that exact reason. They put so much sugar in it and it tastes weird.
