Madam melaga andharu food thisukoleru.. it may be expensive for others.. and daily elanti thisukone avasaram ledhu.. simple diet nenu cheptha vinandi Morning levagane first brush your teeth. Next 1 glass of hot water with 1 lemon squeeze it and 2 spoons of honey.. mix well drink it... give 1hr gap. Later take break fast what ever it may be.. but not contain oil... after breakfast sip one cup of tea.. which make you refresh and avoids you from headace Lunch:: try to eat daily at same time between 12:30pm to 1:30pm.. eat home made food but not fast food.. take lunch which is avaliable.. along with one small glass of curd.. give 30min gap take one small glass of green tea.. i preffer organic india tulasi green tea Evening:: have cup of tea along with snacks Note:: to prevent or to cure any type of disease in body.. i will suggest you Oil (Nigella sativa) another name kalonji oil.. just google it like uses of kalonji oil you can understand by your self.. at evg time take 2 spoons of kalonji oil along with 1 spoon of honey.. orally.. on daily basis.. its cure for evey disease ... you can take it for life time.. if you wish to lead healthy life... its true just search oil name in google .. it even cure cancer. Night:: take 2 chapathi's between 8pm to 9pm with vegetable currys.. before you sleep take one glass of milk along with 2 spoons of honey.. Con:: try to eat boil egg every day.. but not fry eggs or omlet 2nd: you can take meat in between 2 or 3 days.. that to preffer home made its enough 3rd: Dont eat much spicy foods or heavy dose salt foods 4th:: take seasonable fruits.. every 2 to 3 days according to your wish Just follow these things its enough Madam garu.. meeru chesina video bagundhi kane.. meeru thine food andhariki undakapovachu.
