Hey friends I wanted to share a healthy and effortless dish with you all. It has only 5 ingredients and you can serve it with a side of rice and meat balls. I highly recommend for Mediterranean Diet.
The Recipe is:
1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED
1/2 CUP OF OIL FOR FRYING
8 SMALL EGGPLANTS
2 LARGE TOMATOES
1 TBLS PEPPER PASTE
2 TBLS TOMATOE PASTE
2 CUPS HOT WATER TO DISSOLVE PASTES
1 TEASPOON SALT
