A great help to me has been meal prep and being self aware of my own bad tendencies. Like making poor food choices if I don't have good meals readily available, and easily prepared. Eating breakfast has helped me a lot. I used to skip breakfast and would be ravenous by lunch. Which flips that switch within me to run and get a fast food meal. My preference for convenient garbage is something that I'm really trying to unlearn at 48. I'm about 45 lbs down which is great! More importantly though, I'm feeling better in my own skin.

Fear of losing what I have is a big one. Lotsa fear and some really bad circumstances lately, but I haven't broken the plan. Life is tough. Things that happen are sometimes unbelievable. Food won't fix it.

There ya go..... words are important. Maybe "opinions" do not need to be voiced. Share your own experience if someone wants to listen to your story. I like intentional conversations. Especially when we get together to accomplish something.

Hi Lulu… Because of my GI issues I get chronic dehydration and it causes constant electrolyte fluctuations. Instead of purchasing LMNT (not in my budget) I put a pinch of salt on my tongue or take 2TBS of pickle juice (no sugar) and it corrects my electrolytes and I feel better almost immediately. Just a thought that may help you when or others.

I got it at Bob's Discount Furniture. I remember the model name of it is Forte. I searched for the link to send you and I am not seeing it there on their website anymore. I wonder if they discontinued it. it's a great chair!!!

Love listening to you lady’s you give us encouragement, lift us when you down, I’m alone so I grab a sandwich, something fast and easy, so glade I saw your video, where you was making Your meals. I Love veggies, but I need to try new kinds , I opened a can of tuna, it looked awful Didn’t look like what I use to eat, got the cheapest brand, I’m gonna get what I use to get, I gave It to the cats who hang around, I think they are homeless, so I like to cook eggs , or if I happen to have chicken in the fridge ,I won’t be eating any more,so whatever I have I think they’ll eat ,I’ll feed The cats, and keep fresh water, also have a small cat shelter😮,if they need shelter. Anyway, didnt mean to get off subject, so you do eat protein? I’m trying to catch up on all the talks about Way to eat right. I really enjoy y’all’s zoom meetings,THANKS FOR SHARING WITH US.♥️♥️🙏👍

❤ Good Morning Lulu 🌻🌞 I Love Peanut Butter ☕ Toast👍Im Allergic to to many Eggs ! So can only have 3,4 Eggs a week! Other Mornings are Peanut Butter on Toast! Cereal and Oatmeal is snack 2,3 hrs. Before Bedtime! Good for Morning Duty Time,& Fiber! The rest of the Day is Veggies, Salad 🥗 Chicken, Fish, Protein! Little Friut, yogurt! And im Happy 🤩⭐✨👍😍😋😋🇺🇲🇺🇸🌻🎆

Sometimes I'm just not hungry. The heat here has been awful, can't do much. Yes, sometimes I'm hungry and feel a little off. But it's good to recognize that because I spent so many years overfilled, bloated. Oh the internet, the comments. Too fat and too skinny simultaneously! Really you're perfect and I'm marveling at your upper arms, I'm hoping my fat will magically suck back in, lol. The grey hair thing, holy moley it's loaded! So sad that women have to be judged by how old or young they look, and a lot depending on hair color! And no these women are often de Lu Lu, the hair looks over dyed and brittle, not young.

learn to enjoy them, maybe one at a time. maybe cook them differently and they may be more enjoyable. I have loads of veggie cooking videos, perhaps you'll feel inspired to try one! 💕
