INGREDIENTS
3 Cups of whole oats
1/3 Cup of cocoa powder
1 Cup of dried dates
1/2 Cup of hot water
1 Cup of nuts (I used half a cup of almonds & half a cup of walnuts)
1/3 Cup of raisins
1/3 Cup of pumpkin seeds
2 Tbs Coconut oil
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 Tbs Orange zest
Pinch of salt
Time: 45 mins
Servings: 6-8 depending on portions

7 dl of whole oats

2,5 dl of dried dates
1,5 dl of hot water
