Ingredients :
¼ cup - All Purpose Flour
½ cup - Rice Flour
½ cup - Rava/Suji (Semolina)
1 tsp - Cumin
1 tsp - Chopped Green Chili
1 tsp - Finely Chopped Ginger
1 tbsp - Chopped Curry Leaves
⅓ cup - Finely Chopped Onion
½ tsp - Black Pepper Powder
¾ tsp - Salt (As Needed)
2 tbsp - Chopped Coriander Leaves
2½ cup - Water (As Needed)
2 tbsp - Oil / Ghee (For Shallow Frying)
Directions :
In a mixing bowl, add ¼ cup all purpose flour
Add ½ cup rice flour
Add ½ cup rava/suji (semolina)
Add 1 tsp cumin
Add 1 tsp chopped green chili
Add 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
Add 1 tbsp chopped curry leaves
Add ⅓ cup finely chopped onion
Add ½ tsp black pepper powder
Add ¾ tsp salt
Add 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Add 2½ cup water
Mix well and keep it aside for 20 minutes
In a medium-high heated cast iron (non stick) pan, apply some oil
Mix the batter well
Pour some batter
Add some oil on the top and sides
Loose the edges and flip the dosa
Cook until the dosa turns golden and crispy
Remove it in a plate
Repeat the same processes for remaining batter
Rava dosa is ready to serve
