Mother's Market in Orange County, California always sales cranberries sweetened with Apple juice in their bulk section. The taste is superior to cranberries sweetened with sugar.

I was jonesing for some Fritos last week...ah stress eating😅, anyhow, I stomach hurt for hours after the Frito carnage. I normally eat dill flavored chips made from sauerkraut from Thrive. I love them and awaiting my delivery. Lesson learned.

Can you please do a shopping haul for low fodmap diet. (IBS friendly diet) so snacks, breads, pastas that are onion/garlic/dairy/gluten etc free. (Pastas that are not lentils *trigger. High fodmap)...shopping is extremely difficult when everything contains ingredients that ibs suffers can not have..please and thank you !

Hi Bobby - great video as always, just a quick question if you don't mind, does high oleic sunflower oil automatically mean that it's expeller pressed too, and if not, how bad is is high oleic sunflower oil for me? My favorite plantain chips use it in the ingredients. Thank you in advance.

Ban Medico You just reminded me to go take my iodine because I have low iodine from not eating processed foods. I tried to enjoy seaweed snacks but I just couldn't even get them down with my nose plugged. I really tried. Now I take kelp powder.

Hello, Bobby! My husband and I enjoy watching all of your food hauls. We've watched several of your cooking videos. And I started making your homemade ketchup a few months ago and I've been making it ever since. It's deelishis and so easy to make. We were watching Cutthroat Kitchen last night. We love Alton!! @Flavcity Thrive Market has both unsweetened cranberries and one sweetened with apple juice because I specifically ordered them because of that particular concern. Steve's paleo Goods also sells delicious apple juice sweetened cranberries but you have to buy them on Amazon and they are overcharging on Amazon. Those ones are delicious as well and Whole Foods he used to carry them but of course they stopped

Coincidently I tried CAVA hummus last week, before watching this video. CAVA is very good, becoz there is no additional olive oil it is less moisturized, but similar as other popular brands. Add olive oil, peprika and you have the spicy delicious hummus.

Check out Fresh Thyme’s brand kombucha. I have a 16 oz. bottle of the cherry limeade flavor and it has only 4g added sugar for the whole bottle (10g total).

GTs Kombucha is where it's at. Most have NO added sugar - they use fruit juice, mostly kiwi I believe, for the sugar to get the fermentation going. Amazing stuff. Not sure what flavor he picked up that showed added suagr.

I know this is off subject. I'll have to look for your video on the subject. I shop at BJ'S wholesale club. Yesterday I saw 24oz jar of organic Sir Kessington mayo. I passed on it. Went to Whole Foods and bought Avonaise. Avocado mayo. Dosen't taste good. Would like to know why and any is there any good tasting mayo or alternative mayo?

277kne Avonaise has gums and extracts in it so that may be why. Bobby wouldn’t support it because of the extracts, since they’re “natural flavors”. He likes Sir Kessington’s though, you should get that. Or you can buy the Primal Kitchen avo mayo- that’s what he uses when he’s not making his own

Probably the healthiest gum would be Arabic gum. They look like crystals . Check them out. Not sure if they are available in this part of the world. It is very hard to chew and I don't think it has any sugar!
