You must try these delicious bars specially if you’re over 30, with essential vitamins in a nut form, I promise you are gonna love them!…Just be careful! You can get addictive to them🤪
Ingredients:
*3 medium or large ripe bananas
*1 cup of organic grass fed 1% milk
*1 teaspoon of baking powder
*1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or with 70% cocoa
*1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
*1 cup of oat flakes
*1 cup of collagen, protein, magnesium, vitamin B12 & omega 3 mix
(I made mine in the blender using Brazil nuts, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, sesame seeds, cashews & sunflower seeds. There’s no need for measurements to make this mix, everything is to taste)
