I try to keep things organized at home. I work on it every few months. Sometimes have to change things around to make it work. As far as money I try to deal with what I have to work with. Just do the best I can. I do yoga about 3 times a week . And try to mediate but not as often as I should. And I do walk every day.

Hi Pamela! Staying organized in the home feels like the hardest task to me. Even when I do it, I feel just 1-2 weeks later it’s all disorganized again!!! I have loved the yoga in the past, but it’s been awhile since I’ve done it. I agree, that’s a great one!! Thank you so much for sharing this here! 🙏🏼

Thank you for this video! As a self-employed, for me it is easier to manage the work routine, than in a 9 to 5 job. - First, breaking down big goals into smaller, manageable tasks helps me stay focused. - Secondly, I allocate dedicated time for breaks to recharge and avoid burnout in the long run. I love taking a short walk outside for some fresh air and a change of scenery. Also, spend a few hours in my tiny garden. It really helps clear my mind. And of course, stretching or doing quick exercises keeps my energy levels up. - Thirdly, healthy and energizing nutrition throughout the day. And a bit of dark chocolate. :D P.s. And there are days when I love to take the brake at midday to watch some movie or TV series. Then - back to work again.

Hi there, thank you for sharing that here. I would LOVE a tiny garden, that sounds wonderful! I hope one day to have one. I love the tip that you follow in your life about taking a walk outside, in nature, and changing up scenery. That’s huge!!! Thank goodness spring is coming and that means warmer weather. ☀️ thank you again for sharing!

@@FinanciallyPowerful Oh yes! I am soooooo (!!!) happy for spring. Changing scenery is so important for the eyes and vision. The colors of nature really relax the eyes, and after being outside, you can sit at the computer for a while again. I only have about 10m2 in the city, in the yard of an apartment building, but that is also a lot. My micro haven of peace. I hope one day to have a bigger zone for gardening and summer nights with family, friends . :)

As a recovering pessimist I have been learning how to both ASK AND ANSWER to consistent questions: What is good? , and What else is there? . When I both ask and answer them, I FOCUS on what is good (by the "What is good?" Question), while also fixing my thoughts on MORE THAN JUST SOLUTIONS throughout each day and I invite wonder, joy, and even curiousity and gratitude through the second question ("What else is there?). I've also began incorporating the meditation with prayer DAILY also. The meditation I use isn't the new age method though, but the Biblical one where I don't clear my thoughts but focus on Biblical truths and promises (Psalm 126 is one example when tasks are REALLY difficult for example). This gives me a solid base to focus on while increasing my motivation and faith. A hot cup of Tea or Chai Latte ALSO works well for me to slow down my hurried pace and refocus. :)

Hi Matt, that is awesome!! Thank you so much for sharing that here… I love asking yourself the question “what is good?” And incorporating gratitude! Clarity of thought is very beneficial for both religious and non religious practice, although this can be a very difficult task to achieve for many! Thank you for watching and sharing 🙏🏼

Great video! Meditation is a great suggestion. I've been doing that more recently and it really does make a difference. Having a clear mind does more than just increase your mental health. It also increases your productivity and raises your awareness around you, of which could include your social interactions, environment, etc. Cuddling wasn't on your list but it also should be, physical connection is also really important for reducing stress. I cuddle with people all the time and it's amazingly helpful!

@@FinanciallyPowerfulYeah, there are websites out there like cuddle comfort that allow you to hire professionals so you can get your needs met that way, especially if you know that dating causes you a lot of mental stress and anguish like it does for me. Haha. I know you have a husband so this suggestion wouldn't be for you, but for anyone struggling and needing physical contact and get a lot of anxiety dating there are options out there.

I have done shows to sell handmade items also, they can be quite profitable especially if you look into doing multiple per year… I personally made little girl hair bows..depending on your are, you may be able to do a few a year for extra income!
