Its really sad to hear another person having lost their loved ones and having to go thru this Grief journey. Its not easy, and it will take time while we heal and understand this messy process. But we have no other choice. We are thrown into the river of grief, and this same river is what will take us to our healing. We will have to learn to swim and ride the current , but there is light in the end of the tunnel. It will just will take time. God Bless all of us Widows and Widowers and may we all find peace thru this journey.

It is sad and hopefully inspiring to hear how they are moving forward and encouraging others.

Oh Eryn, it helps & hurts to hear your story - so many points of similarity to mine & my hubby. He was 48 and his only symptom was also back pain, and he had done physio etc before they found cancer in his spine, hip, kidney, pelvis. He spent nearly 3 months in a less than ideal hospital with bombardment from different doctors and medical miscommunications. James had to have an ileostomy, which is like a colostomy but comes from the small bowel, as a result of treatment with immunotherapy going wrong. After 15 months I’ve just found the strength to submit a complaint on his behalf. He was such a positive person & used to say that’s there’s always someone else worse off than you. He was 48 when he passed away, which is so young… but 29 is even more awful. Sending wishes for strength & support to you 💜

It hurts no matter how many years you have been together. When 2 souls who are joined in marriage experience a cataclysmic split because one dies it is absolute agony. The wall of death is a sorrow unlike any other.

Very true. Pain is pain regardless of the circumstance.

Hey Eryn thank you for sharing this information. My heart goes out to you Eryn. I just became a widower 4 months ago at 31. Being so young and widows makes me want to cry. I’m so sorry for your pain. I hope you find your collateral beauty. Brave happy widow greetings. I am the youngest person I know who became a widow/widower. As I just became privy to your channel today. The community of young widows/ widowers I’ve seen so far make me have to invest in your channel. So I just wanted to say thank you for you fantastic work so far and I look forward to going through all the content.

Hi, Della. I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s a pain like no other. ❤️🩹 Sadly there are many young widows and widowers out there faced with unique challenges. The great news is you’re not alone! Widows are some of the most supportive, generous people I know. ❤️
