Recipe:
Meat (I have mutton, can be any) - 450 gr.
Onion - 2 heads.
Carrots - 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper-120 gr.
Tomatoes 2 PCs.
Potatoes - 2 PCs.
Rice-140 gr.
Greens ( I added coriander and dill, can be any) - 60 gr.
Tomato paste-1 teaspoon(25 g)
Vegetable oil-70 gr.(if the meat is fat, add less oil)
Cold water - 1.5 l.
Salt-to taste.
Black pepper-to taste.
Dried Basil - 1 teaspoon.
Cumin - 1/4 teaspoon.
Chili pepper-to taste.
