I survived heatstroke when I was 9. All I can say is it is not a fun thing to experience. RIP to this young man.

Its no joke guys. Deadlifted heavy sweating like crazy back in 2017 in 100+ degrees outside but who knows how hot in the garage. Anyways I got heat exhaustion, felt like my heart collapsed it was so scary. Unfortunately, I can no longer sweat for some reason....RIP...this really hit home for me

Heat stroke was one of the scariest things I experienced as a kid. I was at a gymnastics comp and the temperature was 40+ degrees Celsius all day whilst the olympic venue had poor air circulation. I was one of many who ended up collapsing, not sweating, and shaking on the cement floor in the foyer whilst dozens of people poured ice and water over us. The competition had 10+ competitors drop out that day and not once did they think to cancel the comp.

All they had to do to save his life remove the football gears lay flat on his back and pour some water on his face while breathing heavy, the trick is because when you lay down on your back your body goes to relax mode it will cool down quick

I remember one time I felt heat exhaution. I ran a 400 m race in august as an untrained althlete for my middle school (in Texas). took 3rd place. But I just felt dizzy and faint like everthing was a dream. I went up the bleachers, vomitted, and collapsed. A teacher grabbed me to prevent me from falling in my vomit. I got ice, gatorade, and a nice shady spot on a towel during lunch. By the time an hr had passed, I got my 2nd wind. I was energetic, bouncing off the walls, REARING to go for the next race. To this day, I overheat QUICKLY (within 20 mins of stnading in sun, im blakcing out). My body remembers I almost died.

It’s good they proved you need to take precautions… because of the agreeing things must be done, GUARANTEED THEIR $3.5 million dollar settlement… it’s good to help everybody with the foundation, although it is owed since they took Maryland taxpayers money.

some people are just too weak. How the other players survive the workout?
