my guy understand this, whoever is coming here looking for how to make heated metal material, is not looking for how to add a basic material or how to go into shading tab!! Based on the topic you have to understand and make a disclaimer that basic blender knowledge is required. I don't wanna see you explain how to add a material to an object when I'm looking for an advance shader of heated metal

There is a way to make the color ramp physicaly accurate, you can mix different blackbody node material and enter the right kelvin color temperature value, it works also on emitter shader slot and on the light with IES data texture ...

This is by far one of the best tutorials I've seen. The method is good. But more importantly it is very well timed with all the detail. So many other tutorial skip over things . Illustrating each and every step is vital for the beginner and advanced user. Well done. Thank you.
