Hi mate. What is your pedigree? I am just noticing a couple of things: 1) you are putting too much weight over your front foot too soon on your back hand punches ( could be the camera angle). 2) if this workout is meant to be for speed and power, should you not be throwing the punches with a little more effort? You've clearly got a lot more power in your locker than you're hitting the bag with, i am just wondering why you're choosing not to use it for a speed and power round on the bag. Also, the rolls look like you are slowing them down quite a bit as well as your punches - e.g. the roll is slow and the transition from the roll into the left hook seems to be slowed down (or even paused) instead of being one solid movement. It would be great if you'd share some tips on why you do it this way
