Thanks for the clear presentation of the exercises. I am 50 years old and I made iron clubs and I do these exercises with heavy clubs twice a week because I still like to challenge myself. Thank you for this. It's really helpful. Spent this morning trying out a few of the easier moves. Still got some way to go to perfect them but I'm getting there. Much more fun trying out the new moves than just sticking to inside and outside mills.

Big fan of your channel! And keep up your work! What are the muscle groups being impacted by the mugdar exercises you demonstrated? I’m thinking of transition or mixing calisthenic and weights with desi clubs but I have very limited understanding of mugdars. Thank you!

Those are Persian Meels and the movement you do with them are taken from Persian routine exercise

Anthony Carpenter I also made a single club version of these exercises. That can help you with the basics of these double moves. More elaborate breakdowns of these moves might come in the future ;)
