Sres Awesome earthmovers, where this heavy machinery graveyard is located, is interesting to have a bank of heavy machinery spare parts.

Ok. Seriously if that much equipment is in the bone yard start firing mechanics.. we have gold mines in the states with front shovels that have near 100.000 hours on them. Do your maintenance..

There’s profits in dismantling machines that go past economic repair. Second hand parts market is lucrative

might be wise to look into the economics of heavy equipment. Newer machines are often more efficient, faster, and more capable than the predecessors. People unload shit when its more financially lucrative to purchase a new machine.

I agree with both of you. But from my experience we never have more than 5 machines in the bone yard before they are hauled as scrap or completely striped of useful parts and gone. It's part of managements duties to keep all property clean organized and usefull

robert woodard yes but the man that’s breaking them doesn’t care. He’s not running or using them. So if he’s getting them at right money it’s the only thing he can do is break them for parts. The man that was running them either moved on in the world of machinery or got sick of it. Sometimes they run into disrepair and there all cracked and welded up and break regular

most so called "ambientalist" doesn't recognize that this practice is more "green" than buy a "new car" because extend the lifecycle of a machine with parts that could be trash is a very environmental friendly activity.
