Great stuff mate! This is pretty much the format I use, low volume and high frequency. I usually cap my attempts with my heavy stone at x3 (163kg) too. Something you may want to give a shot: your power and technique is insanely good, but see that last wee bit to get to to shoulder? Try pausing for a sec when it's at high chest position, once you think you are close to shoulder, then, much like a monster dumbell, sink into a wee quarter squat and 'pop' it up. You'll see me doing that with all my heavy stone to shoulder. It really was the eureka moment that helped conquer some of the bigger beasts to shoulder. Epic lifting mate, buzzing to see that bugger perched up there soon! 💪🪨

That is a very useful idea mate and I will the it aboard. I will also try and bounce it up a fraction higher as well. Currently its biceps that need work - stone shape has them way out front

Coach at the gym: do 35 minutes of warm up with elastic bands, rubber balls, medicine balls, god knows what before even touching a weight Laird: Floor break this 150 kg stone 4 times. We are now warm. Love ya mate. 😄

Sometimes I throw in a set of 20 empty barbell curls. But this is 90% of the time how I warm up

Massive back, functional strength, that looks awesome. Did stones grow your middle & upper traps so big, or do work them isolated as well?

Awesome strength, and amazing how huge is the stone and you easily lifted to the shoulder. I was wondering where do you get those slim rocks on the right is there a specific spot or you just polished the pointy ones? Thanks.
