This video is about Heel pain exercise - Heel Spur, Fascitis Plantaris
🔠 Remember to put on subtitles
If you experience pain under the foot (closer to the heel), it may be due to irritation of the tendon running under the foot and getting irritated under the heel (fascitis plantaris). Many football players and athletes who run/jump a lot can often get problems in this area. The problem is also seen in the growing age where the tendons can't keep up with the rest that is growing bigger.
⚠️ Heel spur is often used in the daily talk about this problem, but it is rarely the case. The heel spur develops for a long time, and here it is a small bone growth on the heel bone below the foot.
✔️ It is recommended to take a break or turn down from the things that provoke the pain, which will often be done
📌 Massage under the foot can relieve the pain, but it has proven to be extra effective to exercise the pain away. This exercise shown in the video should be done 3x10-15 repetitions 2-3 times a week until the pain decreases.
