Ingredientes:
14 oz de Pulpa de Parcha (Maracuya) Goya
1 lata de leche condensada
2 tazas de crema para batir
Colorante vegetal amarillo y rojo (opcional)
One of my favorite desserts is this Puerto Rican passion fruit homemade ice cream, living in the states for many years, every time I have this ice cream it takes me back home to Puerto Rico, my childhood, my family, those days when we visited Old San Juan. Here is the recipe and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

INGREDIENTS:
14 oz of Goya Passion Fruit Pulp
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
Yellow and Red food coloring (optional) I'm using this to get the color of the ice cream sold in Puerto Rico but it's no necessary
INSTRUCTIONS:
Whip the heavy cream (and the food coloring) with an electric hand mixer until you get the consistency shown in the video. In another bowl mix the passion fruit pulp wi†h the sweetened condensed milk. Then slowly start adding the whipped cream to the mixture of condensed milk and passion fruit in a "looping motion" until well combined, then either transfer it in into a bread loaf pan or a container that you plan to freeze the ice cream in. Let freeze completely for 12 hrs or overnight, serve with an ice cream scoop and enjoy!
