How u see itself how u should " walk a mile in my. shoes" that song by Joe should in late 60searly 70s do u experience empathy and compassion for others lead a helping hand to all in need vbeing the best u can possible be yet humble at the same time etc etc Neil wrote that song as honestly as he could sure he'll miss the applause encores etc of loyal adoring fans. Who wouldn't. But he doing what he personally wishes to do. He'll still have plenty of air play and royalty come in ha ha. Gosh its 5 10am. I've had Neil singing to me for hours ha ha. A simple yet profound reflection on life and the importance of love , laughter and sharing. "Life is here and its made for living, Love's the gift that we've been given , you can give it all away and have it still , hell yeah you will." I only recently came upon this song from his "Hot August Night NYC" perfomance. I put in right behind "I Am I Said" as one of my many favorites from Neil. I too am impressed by his down to earth humble demeanor, and by the fact that he plans to keep on going as long as " there are smiling faces in the crowd" Thank You Neil you bring joy and hapiness to many.

You can tell he loves his music and he wants everyone listening to experience it as he does.

Well none of us have the guarantee of tomorrow Jesus Christ could come back in the blink of an eye and if one hasn't accepted Jesus Christ as ones own Saviour your lost for ever. How sad eh? Neil would know he is going to Heaven not maybe as in one version he sings " maybe"
