Vince died of a broken heart he couldn't find happiness without Dime and it fucking tears me up. I'm really just disturbed that Vince was bitter like he was....idk man the world is getting crazier and knowing so many of my musical heroes are gone it's almost unbearable.

The one thing I really admired about Vinnie - apart from his drumming - was that he never ever once thought about chasing the dollars and to fold to resume Pantera without his brother. Will a lot of people wanting Pantera to return with a new guitarist, he never once wanted to replace Dime. Nor him perform any Pantera songs after his death. That shows what a guy he was. And he never forgave Phil and Rex. Fuck em!

@@kenouif Phil and Rex didn't kill Dime, some deranged piece of shit did. Vinnie let his grief and anger get the best of him. If the tragedy with Dime didn't happen, they would've eventually reunited at some point like most bands that split up for whatever reason.

Let's pick this apart a bit... Main lyric is RESPECT! Chad called out and respected several greats in metal that have passed... He also sang the song HIS way, not trying to mimic Phils amazing original because let's be honest, Phil can't even do it justice anymore. He gave up his voice for Pantera and we are lucky to be able to replay and live it any time we want to now... We had a Vinny Paul Cowboy hat on stage... The drummer also had light on him the entire time instead of being shunned like Slipnot did to Jay after replacing Joey, or ASF did to Mike Portnoy... Total RESPECT regardless if vocals weren't the greatest. It's also a live show. I loved it myself and saw a a LOT of RESPECT! IMO
