Hi Jay.. I would take a video on your phone showing where the pipes are running, where the pump - heater and taps are situated etc ..then go along to the hardware shop with all the fittings you have and ask for help there.. then you will only buy the parts once. Hope that helps.. good luck 🙂

The paperwork mentioned both 12mm and 13mm which is about 1/2" so get 13mm as 12mm fitting will take it and use jubilee clips to make sure. Where if you get 12mm the 13mm bits won't fit. You would benefit from getting a Vernier caliper and metric screw thread gauges, so you can measure internal and external threads in future. Try Amazon probably best for where you are.

The fittings on the chrome tap are usually 3/8"-10mm The barbed hose fittings look like 1/2"-13mm For the heater I'm not sure, could be 3/4"... What came to my mind is, do you have the pre-filter for the pump? And do you have the accumulator tank? I'm not that good in plumbing...it's witchcraft for me, just got my single tap system working...and that was more hard work than the 12v system...

I’d just take all the bits to the shop and try them in the shop. Figure it all out in the shop.

Yep in hindsight but iv fitted the heater and it was a baarrrstad to fit in to that space, took 2 of us an hour to get the bolts in once I had squeezed it in place 🤯😢 could maybe take everything else though 👍🏻

I may have to take all the bits and pieces down to a hardware store (except the heater coz its a ball ach to get back out) and use google translate to try and explain everything, and what I need, that would be my last resort though coz 🤯😤😫😕🥵🤬🤯
