🤗About me: My name is Lovisa and 5 years ago I was burnt out, had chronic headaches that hindered me from doing hardly any physical activity whatsoever, I was depressed and my life turned upside down. This forced me to reevaluate my life and made me open my eyes to how I navigated the world. I was the person who alway gave and gave but hardly expected anything in return. I started to notice so many destructive patterns that I was living in and I decided to do everything in my power to change my life for the better. Today I have recovered from the chronic headache and have changed my mindset, faced my shadows and rebuilt my life.
