When performing Hen-te techniques (one-handed techniques), body dynamics are very important. When we perform the Uke technique, the body should drop down.
This descent creates a stronger contact with the ground, and the resistance created in this way we use for the Zuki technique.
Sei-te techniques (one hand performs Uke and the other Zuki) we use to develop strength.
After that, you should try Hen-te.
First, perform only the Uke.
Then, add one technique at a time, and in the end, use the other hand for the final technique.
NOTE: When performing these techniques, the tension in the shoulders should be eliminated.
