I've been "doing" the meditations and a crazy amount of work since finding Dr Joe five or so years ago. I believe in it entirely and yet somehow, psoriasis will not budge. Over those years it has gone from a small amount to covering almost my entire body. Listening to this lovely lady, who I send so much love for❤, I think she's right. I've been trying to "lose myself" "change myself" as a lot of the instructions in the meditations say (I have them all) and somehow I feel I overlooked loving myself, accepting myself, healing myself. Although I know Dr Joe also says "love yourself enough to do this" and all the hours, weeks, years of the work are surely telling myself I Love You?... my body won't seem to believe me. But I will not stop. I won't give up on my body xx

You may have a lot of repressed emotions. Doing the emotional work feeling the repressed anger, grief, shame, fear, powerlessness, etc. might be what your body wants. Loving yourself includes loving the vulnerable parts of you in your shadow that didn't want to feel.

Louise Hay has a book you can heal your life and under psioriasis she wrote: Fear of being hurt, deadening the senses of self. Refusing to accept responsibility for our own feelings. Affirmations you should be saying and feeling: I am alive to the joys of living. I deserve and accept the very best in life. I love and approve of myself.

I was also diagnosed with the same tumor and in 2019 😊 I also had the surgery, but also did the radiation and chemo. But I read Becoming Supernatural and started doing his meditations in the morning would wake up 4am religiously for 12 months, living in gratitude and having faith in God. I am now running 2.40 marathons 3 years later, scans have all been stable and I have one in June coming up and I know I’ll be fine. Dr. Joe and his team are just making it more real by showing and proving meditation and this work, WORKS! Our Sister's are looking down as guarding angels to us now my friend. Currently looking for a spot for a week long . I think that it will be very helpful if he could talk to your friend or Lindsay. Do you think you can help us to do so, please. My father beat cancer twice! Both times the doctors told him that his chances of survival were low. He could barely walk sometimes and would sleep all day. Now he walks as if he was never sick in his life. I have a friend whose loved one was also turned away by some doctors for treatment because "we can't do anything", but then she found doctors who believed in her and are doing their best to heal her everyday. Her cancer has drastically shrunk now. So I'd say: Do your best to love life and to pay as little attention to your illness as possible. I know it must be hard sometimes and it's natural to be scared. Try to get out a little more and spend time with loved ones. The truth is that there is a LOT of stories about people beating seemingly impossible illnesses, and you can become one of those stories ♥ Medical technology is constantly advancing day by day and the cure rate for many cancers and illnesses is only rising.

Lovely testimony that fills me with joy and hope for everyone who is having a health challenge, huge or small. Thinking about how she said that as soon as you’re diagnosed, no one can relate to you. I feel like embracing the outlook she describes (illness as a cleverly disguised brilliant opportunity) is not only powerful for an individual wanting to heal, but also a helpful and powerful outlook for those of us who are well and wanting to authentically and deeply support others in their journeys to wholeness. If anyone is reading this comment today and needs someone in their corner, holding this truth alongside you, know that there are people doing this work daily for the world and you can tune into that frequency and receive the love! Just like radio waves can be received anywhere, so can love waves. You are NEVER out of the broadcast range and the tuning dial is built into your heart!!

Reminds me of something Alan Watts said, (and I'm paraphrasing) "every time you go to a guru, you're being talked out of yourself. But just so long as you can be talked out of yourself, you deserve it." I think this adequately sums up Dr. Joe. People are always telling you in one way or another who it is you're supposed to be and how you're supposed to behave, physically and emotionally, _(especially_ practicing physicians.) Having been fortunate enough to attend a week long event, I can quote Dr Joe here. It doesn’t matter which mediation/meditations! In a nutshell it is the determination to really change from the old personality whose habits and feelings over time caused the malfunction resulting in disease, to a new personality filled with appreciation, gratitude, love, compassion. For self, but then naturally flowing to others as well. If you haven’t already, working your way through his Intensive and Progressive online courses, available on his website, is a great way to start and prerequisite to attending a weeklong. This new format for the testimonials is awful. It's too short and overly edited. Doesn't allow the testimonial to be convincing. People not familiar with Dipenza's work may even find these testimonials fake. All this particular testimony shared was "loving myself" and "finding myself". That just aounds like fluff. There is tons more to people like Lindsey who do this work and succeed. Dispenza's team is doing a disservice to these people giving testimonies and to the work itself.

I’m not sure if he has longer testimonials but it would be a good idea. Wow! Who got out of bed on the wrong side this morning?😂Hope you feel better now after that little rant? Hey, you are allowed to have your opinion and your preferences of course. But I can see the merit in shorter formats too, and some will prefer that. “Fluff” or not, loving yourself enough to do the work of truly, diligently and fundamentally changing yourself is what heals people. That’s why people say it!! You can’t avoid saying it, when you know that’s why you healed and how others can, too. Sometimes truth is hard to hear/explain. Joe does a great job of explaining how this works. Fluffy love to you all 😊❤️🤪

@@christineanderson7371 I didn't take it that they thought it was fluff...I took it to mean that they were concerned that to others who don't know what the work is about it might sound like fluff because the full testimonials are now being edited down and the richness of their experience, the details that really explain their experience seem to me to be edited out. I've been watching his testimonials for years and when I go back to re-listen to some of them in the other format it just feels like a different experience, that I get it even more as they weave their story without the interruptions.

The video titled "Her Brain Cancer Was a ‘Brilliantly Disguised Opportunity’" is a personal account of Lindsey, who was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive brain cancer - anaplastic astrocytoma grade 3. Doctors removed 90 percent of the tumor but told Lindsey there was no cure and advised her to make the most of the couple of years she had left. Refusing to accept that there was nothing she could do to help herself, Lindsey learned about Dr. Joe from a friend who had healed herself of the same condition. This inspired Lindsey to start practicing meditation and eventually visit Dr. Joe herself, finding it to be a solution for her own healing. Lindsey went through ups and downs in her healing journey. After committing to a daily practice, she realized that loving herself was all she needed to heal. Two months after a powerful experience at a Week Long Advanced Retreat, her next MRI showed the tumor had shrunk. The video was recorded at the Cancun Week Long Advanced Retreat in December 2022. It was published on KZitem on May 23, 2023, and as of the time of the summary, it has received 40,284 views, 2,239 likes, and 216 comments.
