Your work is so meticulous 🏆. What a blessing people receive when you offer your services and return it to its previous beauty! I cannot help but think what an exquisite grounds this particular property once was in its youth….. those huge stumps tell of a magnificent amount of beauty…. and shade they added to yard…. Sad to think they are no more. I want to say how much you and the Australian fellow, Sean -The Blade Mate! You not only look like you could be brothers but do the same great restorations. Sean has expanded to include putting down bark mulch and spray wash the concrete areas. You BOTH are my favorites on KZitem! Sean is particularly good at removing all trash, debris and junk along with tree and shrub trimming. Do make contact with the county and township municipalities and request their partnership in your great work to up the standards of the communities’ cleanliness and beautification!!! Ask for curbside pick up of what you clear from these properties…. Occupied or abandoned!!! The tax base that these government entities rely upon for their operations REQUIRE sidewalks and properties… even vacant lots!!!…. To look their best to keep their value!!! Poor people can’t afford garbage bags and the fees for garbage pick up! Do voice support that those services to the poor are provided along with a mower and power trimmer for those poor who are physically capable of keeping things up once you get it all pristine!!! My biggest gripe is with the lenders and banks who take over ownership of foreclosures!!!! They should be identified by the taxing entity and BILLED for some of this upkeep work going forward or all will be back to neglect shortly!!! LANDLORDS should be the FIRST held responsible for the yard maintenance!!! EITHER PAY TO HAVE A YARD SERVICE DO THE WORK IF THEY CANNOT DO IT THEMSELVES!!! The cost recouped in the rental rate! Renters do NOT have yard equipment as a rule…. I will stop my rant now…. Great job and God Bless❣️🙏❣️

That was a good conversation on balancing variables, as weather, to decide what to do. I thought your choice to mow the high grass now, before the ground got boggy with a weeks rain plus more growth, was a good one. You also did a good job coaxing your mower with the damp cuttings. Was wondering if the grass would stick to the sidewalk and your blower not be able to move it, but that too went fairly well. Ultimately, even the muddy edging was blown clean. The owner would be pleased with the improvements.

You provide the most expertise in lawn care I've ever seen. Not all lawn care services pick up the grass clippings and bring them to a dump. You do. Instead, some lawn care services just leave the grass clippings, and it looks like a combine has cut down a hay field. Those services also shovel the curb, and sidewalk dirt and grass chunks onto the lawns, and mow over them, creating a dirt pile on the lawns. You ought to have over a million subscribers.
