Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass: "thecatkeaton,' what an amazing music video capturing the melodies of several of their songs & recorded live! I had the pleasure of taking 3 music college level courses & what an incredible experience it would have been to have Herb Alpert as a music teacher! The sound pitches created by all the instrumental musicians is rare for me to be honored to listen to. Thank you! A Big Thanks to you 'thecatkeaton,' for uploading & sharing!

I agree. My sister had all his records beginning in the early 60's and I became a fan around '69. Just got Spotify and downloaded all of his studio albums. What a pleasure it is to hear this great music again, in high def. Next I'm going to download the Baja Marimba Band and some Sergio Mendez, two other favorites of my sister back in the day. My Dad wouldn't let us play rock n' roll(I had to hide my copy of 'Meet The Beatles') until I started high school, and I finally wore him down :-) But I'm glad, in a way. I was introduced to a lot of cool music in the 60's. Two other favorites were and are, Henry Mancini and Al Hirt.

That`s Great. I`m, Mexican, from Chihuahua. Herb Alpert and Tijuana Brass music bring me great memories when I was a kid and teenager. Herb and TB always felt great love for Mexico, adn they received it the same from Mexicans too. A Great Band !!!

I remember some of these songs being played as soundtracks of radio sports programs in my hometown, when I was a kid... this guy is a genius!
