Hello Erinn! I'm new to your channel. I found this 1st video of yours very interesting & quite useful. I have a question for you with respect to an herb you described. You said rosemary was an important herb to help with psoriosis. However, you did not describe how to go about using it for psoriosis. I have psoriosis on my scalp and I'm looking for a remedy (maybe in a slave form). Might you be willing to guide me in this endeavour? Thank you! 😊
@homebodywitherinn3003

Hi Jacinthe! The way you’d use it for scalp is making an herbal infused oil by taking the dried herb and infusing it into a carrier oil. I have a few videos on this in my Herbalism for Beginners playlist or you can learn how to do it in my class which you can find the link in the description to purchase and that does more in depth. You can also use essential oils if you have it but herbal infused oil is better. :)

Hello. these days organic is such a fuzzy misleading label,not that they aren't but the large "A" companies have changed the game by "buying" the label, so be cautious in purchasing is a must.

How does ginger help arthritis? I’m not saying you’re wrong, I’m just curious on how that would work

Hi!! I’ve never tried it but I believe people use it topically as an infused oil or salve directly on the area that’s inflamed with the arthritis 🙂
