This is my take on Hungryroot’s Herby Trout with Spinach and Jasmine Rice. One mistake I made was that I was supposed to add the herbs at the beginning when I first seasoned the fish, so I did it later in the video. But it’s no big deal if you add things like this at a later time. The final product turned out pretty good. It was my first time trying trout and I liked it. It was very easy to remove the fish from the skin due to leaving it cooking on that skin down side for about six minutes undisturbed. Thank you for watching.
