I usually mix plain no fat greek yogurt (100 cal / 18g protein) with 1 serving of chocolate M&M (28g/32 pieces) is 140 calories, is a good desert 240cal / 19g protein and is delicious

you want a cleaner version of all this, better more quality ingredients.... get the oikos yogurt 20 grams protein....siete almond wraps, made with avocado oil and clean ingredient, and lastly get sprouted organic quinoa over the rice , all much better for your body and muscles on your journey 💪

I can't have rice at all, not even brown rice. My blood sugar will go to 190 no matter how much protein and fiber I try to buffer with 😩 after 4 years, I've learned to be happy with cauliflower "rice" (and pretty good at cooking it so it's not watery!)

Read the ingredients in all things if you’re buying premade items. A lot recommended items labeled as “healthy” or get ripped” has a lot of inflammatory ingredients which in the end lead to health issues. Granted we’ve been eating these things for decades. It’s all about moderation in what you eat. Brown Rice or Quinoa are definitely the better options for rice substitutes and has good protein and fiber. That wrap brand no good but if you do go for whole wheat.

Do you read the ingredients? That is perhaps more important for health than the nutritional value, and you certainly can’t go by the front of the packaging because some companies are very misleading and deceptive.

Cannot eat yogurt. Not everyone can. My blood type has WAY TOO MUCH OF THE ENZYMES that come in yogurt. I tried for years then a blood-food study said it would be very upsetting for me, which it always was. Yet I love milk and cheese and such.

There's nothing wrong with fats yogurts and dairy products in general should be a staple source of where you seek that nutrient out in fact. Get your proteins from other places or at least prioritize the protein more in other products but when you have yogurt treated as if you're feeding your body fats. The fitness industry has you Knuckleheads thinking that fat is bad for you you'll never get to your full potential if you avoid it
