In this video I review a Honda S2000 and explain why it’s the epitome of driving fun. The Honda S2000 debuted in 1999 had had a production run of 10 years, engine in 2009. Through its lifecycle, the S2000 had two generations, the AP1 and AP2. The example im driving in this video is an extremely clean Honda S2000 AP1
The Honda S2000 may have been designed a long time ago but it still looks like a modern car. The design is clean, aggressive, and classic. The interior is simple, not riddled with technology, and functional. But the selling point for the S2000 is the high revving F20C engine. With its 9,000 RPM redline, it makes the S2000 a driving experience that very few cars can deliver on.
The Honda S2000 is a unicorn by todays standards. There may not ever be another car built with the same character as the it. Its basically a classic in the making, if it isn’t considered that already.
