I had a 2003 freightliner century that had the 12.7 Detroit 500 HP that had the green antifreeze in it when I bought the truck with 1 million miles and I put 430,000 miles and did put head gasket and cam bearings and used green antifreeze but I always changed the water filter and made sure it had the right mixture in the antifreeze from the water filter to protect my liners. When I sold this truck it was still working and doing great and no issues and would be 1 gallon low of oil at 15,000 then I changed the oil and filter
