It appears kieninger has using different chime rods for reasons though before this one however Hermle is German brand too of that German movements

Hurrah! what a pleasant sound is the sound of musical sequence at every quarter hour and hour strike as chord strokes on tuned set of chiming bars! It exactly sounds like original Westminster chime in queen Elizabeth fort in Westminster palace in London town.
