My dad's (now passed on) Dog named Reuben, a yellow lab was my dad's best friend, he always had to sleep in the room with him. One night he started barking and running from the door to my dad sleeping in bed. It was carbon monoxide... He was running to sniff under the door for fresh air for himself then he'd run back and bark at my dad. He saved my dad's life that night. I will forever cherish Reuben, best animal in so many ways that I've seen. It's incredible

100% agree. We as humans don’t deserve such perfect and pure innocence. No animal is capable of cruelty the way is humans are because they don’t have as developed brains the way we do. They operate off of survival and/or love. Even a male lion who kills his own cub isn’t doing so because he’s cruel, it is to ensure the optimal outcome of the entire Pride. A human gains nothing from harming its young and yet it happens everyday. I look at my pets everyday and feel it in my bones that I don’t deserve the love and protection they give me but I try my best to earn it everyday.

That small racoon climbing onto the dogs back and then moving towards the dogs head was exhibiting the classic maneuver that racoons use to drown a dog. A racoon will lead a hunting dog into water and do this maneuver to drown it. A lot of good hunting dogs have been lost that way.

0:32 wow. That dog deserves so much better. Selfish human. This exact thing happened to my 70 year old grandmother when she was walking her dogs. I was a kid and I was all the way down the hill on my rollerblades already and when I heard her screaming, I rushed back up the hill as fast as I could while she fought the German Shepherd off her 2 little dogs. In 10 seconds her hands got bit 4 times and her wiener dog had her stomach ripped open. By the time I got to the top of the hill my grandma had punched the attacking dog on the snout and it ran away. But not ONCE did that little old lady leave her pets. She was ready to fight to the death for them. I am the same way now as an adult and I am so proud of my tough as nails grandma. Rest in peace you little warrior!

29:24 when I was very little my mom had a Rottweiler. Her name was Daisy. She was a great dog. My mom found her as a little puppy in 1998. I was born in January 15, 2001 so I was very young maybe about two or three years old. I was walking down to the road and a truck was coming in. Azie just ran out and stopped me from going into the road. My mom did not teach Daisy to do that. It was a very cool historical site and my mom witnessed if it wasn’t for Daisy I would probably be in trouble.

My cat loved my ex-husband, (now late ex-husband), grandmother but she didn't love my cat at first. My ex's grandmother lived next door to his parents. I was at his parents house helping them with some household chores and took my cat with me. My cat instantly went to spend time with the grandmother who didn't like him, lol. About an hour later, my cat was hanging from the back door screen door screaming his lungs out. When he saw me coming he jumped off the door and into the back yard, turned and looked at me as if to say come on! I thought how weird is that and started to go back to what I was doing. My cat done it again but louder that time and with a look of major distress in his face and eyes. I followed him to find out what was wrong. My ex's grandmother had been hanging out some laundry when she fell. She landed in an area she couldn't be seen and hit her head which knocked her out. My cat saved her life that day. My cat became her cat from that day forward and she wouldn't let anyone be the least little bit mean to him. She even allowed him to sleep with her in her bed, lol. He was truly spoiled rotten by her after that.

I have paraparesis, I can walk with a cane, but cannot perform significant physical effort, so I have a manual wheelchair. I have three dogs who have had a difficult past (juvenile alcoholism, beaten, undernourished and abandoned), they were entrusted to me as soon as they were discovered, to avoid them animal shelters and offer them a good life. Being their first "Companion Human" to take care of them, they like to help me by pulling my wheelchair and especially not wanting to lose me, they want a lot on me and they saved me from three attacks by repelling the attackers before they touch me. I often look after dogs that I know, they all like being with me and pulling my wheelchair, because it allows them to exercise and they also look after me.

A dog, a lion, and a tiger should not be sharing the same space... EVER. The lion and the dog are BOTH in a potentially life threatening situation, especially the dog. This is extremely selfish and irresponsible. It doesn't matter if the animals are familiar with one another. We cannot change a wild animal's true nature and instinct any more than a tiger can change its stripes.
