Brian! You're an absolute beast. I've never seen anyone so consistent with what they do and with such tremendous output. Thank you so much for all of your work. To anyone not signed up to the membership program - it'll be your best Christmas present to yourself. Thanks Brian!

This was an awesome interview Brian. The hotdog story was especially interesting as well as the story about David Beckham and cognitive dissonance. You continue to "WOW" me and I'm so grateful to have discovered you.

hi brian i was hoping you could answer a quick question for me (hope you see this) but the idea on marginal gains reminds me of a big idea you did about a author (cant remeber the big idea-author-or coaches name!) that had a similure outlook, i *believe* it was a basketball coach and, when teaching his team, he would start with putting on there socks? if im correct? and i always loved that idea, do you know wich pntv/book that was? thanks! (like you, i always try to "pick up" on the ideas that we see again and again pop up, i do not chalk them up as mere coincidence"
