Modest living has nothing to do with the size of your home. Modesty is your character how do you carry yourself is being modest. A home is a home no matter how big it is. If you have the money then go for it.

A privacy thing in the kitchen for when it gets messy. For this price I'd expect a butlers kitchen out of sight and a big ass kitchen pantry. Amateurs. Interesting house for sure, just seems tacky in a way and old fashioned.

I am not assuming you are broke. What I am saying is that a lot of times people that talk about wealthy people in negative ways are unfulfilled because they are broke but do not understand the wealthy people's story. When I say broke I mean more than just money. I wouldn't call someone names just because they choose their privacy over opening up their personal home to the general public full of strangers. Everyone has their reasons and you can never be too safe.

And to answer your questions yes I commonly great many fellow humans with open arms and I quite answer the door to strangers of all types once they explain reasonable circumstances or are in need of help with an unfortunate event. Such as a chain falling of their bike, a car accident, a glass of water, questions about the architectural style of my home exc... If we lose this basic humanity of associating with other people then all is lost.

A house doesn't define someones life you can have millions but still be empty if you don't have God or if you are not fulfilled. You can also have millions and be happy its about the person not the money. Plenty of people were broke before they had millions.

Well I guess I'm talking in generality's of the area that I live close too. You are assuming I'm broke. No I’m not I come from a wealthy family and I’m hella not jealous. I just came across this video while doing research on building styles and recognized it. One thing about living around here is that if you have money and live on the beach your generally a douche I have meet people of equal status quos that live in the hills, I can't begin to even describe how kind those people are.
